Payment

Customs Information & Charges
Customs charges paid by the sender attract an administration fee of £15.00, which you hereby agree to pay.
For international shipments, additional charges such as duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other government-imposed levies (referred to collectively as Customs Fees) may apply in addition to the standard shipping cost. Responsibility for these charges is determined as follows:
i) You are responsible for selecting the appropriate Incoterms for your shipment — either DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or DAP (Delivered at Place).
ii) If DDP is selected, you (the sender) are liable for all Customs Fees related to both the export and import of the goods.
If DAP is selected, you are liable for Customs Fees on export (where applicable), and the receiver is solely responsible for all Customs Fees on import.
iii) If DAP is selected, it is your responsibility to clearly inform the receiver that they will be required to pay any import Customs Fees in order to receive the goods. If the receiver refuses delivery or fails to pay the required Customs Fees, resulting in a return to sender, you agree to cover all return shipping charges and associated costs, including any Customs Fees incurred during the return process.
iv) In the event that the carrier or a third party invoices World Options for any Customs Fees due to non-payment by you, the receiver, or any other liable party, you agree to reimburse World Options in full upon first written request. You indemnify World Options against all such amounts, and the burden of proof that payment has been made rests with you.
v) Any Customs Fee estimates provided by World Options at the time of booking are for guidance only and are non-binding. World Options accepts no responsibility for differences between estimated and final charges, including when customs calculator tools are used.
Important Notes:
Documents up to 1.5kg do not require a commercial invoice and should be declared as zero value. If a value is declared, World Options cannot be held responsible for any Customs Fees incurred.
Shipments valued over £4,699 may be subject to clearance delays and require additional documentation.
