My name is Chetan (Chet for short) and I am a World Options partner. I’m incredibly passionate about helping people and supporting businesses with their growth. In my free time I enjoy keeping active and being out and about with the family. I have really stepped up my fitness since the first lockdown in 2020.

My passion for technology and simplifying things and processes is the reason I do what I do. I have helped many companies save time and costs over the years which I find extremely rewarding. I started my World Options Franchise from the ground and have grown the team as it is now. We are based in NW London, but we work nationally across the UK.
I enjoy talking to people and helping small businesses with cost and time efficiencies by introducing World Options and our services. Our team is dedicated to examining the ways that simple improvements in processes and technology can help our potential clients and existing customers save time and money.

I have over 20 years of experience in procurement, logistics and business improvement. I have worked in multiple industries across aerospace, defence, rail and pharma. Prior to coming to World Options, I was a consultant working with small companies to help drive improvements in delivery and quality performance. I have continued to use these skills, combined with my interest in technology at World Options. The franchise was a good fit and I now have a strong team around me to allow us to continuously meet and exceed our customers’ needs.

I think the key to success is to be consistent with your goals and our long-term intent to provide a great shipping experience for our customers. As a franchisee, I came in with a strong mindset, based on a book I had read many years ago called ‘E-Myth’. I was inspired by author Michael E. Gerber’s idea of “creating a business that works for you, where systems run the business and people run the systems.”
I have worked with many businesses over the years, and I have seen many businesses fail when they’re dependent on people and not a system. Our franchise office is not dependent on one person, but on everyone working together, and this is how a business should be run. Our plan is to free up people’s time whilst saving money on shipping wherever possible.
