Sometimes on the very rare occasion due to weather or vehicle breakdown carriers may not be able to reach customers for their collections so I have in the past diverted my own vehicles to do a last-minute collection to ensure our customer’s goods are delivered to the depot on time so that they meet their customer’s expectations on the service they have paid for. It’s going that extra mile for our customers by giving them that personal touch that makes all the difference.
