  • Without running off my CV, I have worked for several of the multi-national Transport Companies in the UK.

    I got into the Freight Forwarding industry after University as a Trainee Account Manager at RH Freight over 20 years ago. I then moved up the chain as Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager and Finally now Director of my own Freight Forwarding Business. My roles have gained me experience in Telesales, Face to Face Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Credit Control and Customer Retention. I know what it takes to run a Forwarding Business and more importantly have the experience of shipping goods worldwide.

  • Customer Service is key to our success. Brexit, Covid, Customs have only caused issues for customer shipments. We have been working hard to help resolve these issues and with this help come appreciation and new opportunities.

  • We do what we need to, to get the information we need in the time frame we need it. We work as late or early as needed and adapt to all situations. We don’t just send emails and wait for responses; we will ring and chase until we get answers to our questions.
