We are Conor Byrne and Louise Haas. We’ve been friends for over 20 years and working together for just over 7 years. Outside of work, we both love travelling with our families.

The shipping industry is complex and confusing, so we love putting our wealth of industry knowledge into practice to help solve the shipping needs of our customers.

We take time to learn and understand our customer’s needs, so we’re often already addressing issues before our customers are even aware there is an issue!

It’s also very rewarding running our own business - it gives us the flexibility to earn whilst also looking after our young families.

In our opinion, customer service is top priority, we get to know each of our customers so we understand their needs. We offer hints and tips we’ve learned along the way, make sure we’re available to help when customers need us and on the rare occasion, we don’t know something we make it our goal to find out!

In addition to our personalized service, our amazing shipping portal saves companies so much time in comparing, booking and managing their shipments, therefore making the World Options offering so valuable.

We take great pride in our role and in knowing that we are helping our customers make savings and streamline their shipping operations every day.

How do you help your customers? 

Our customers relax knowing that we actively monitor their shipments, so they don’t need to. We keep an eye on shipments to see if they move as expected and if not, we jump straight on it to find out why.

Our customers regularly tell us they trust and value the support we offer, we’re always available to speak to and keen to find a resolution – freeing up time so they can focus on other business challenges.

In another life, Louise is HR qualified and worked for many years as a HR and Operations Manager across a variety of small and medium businesses. While working in a life sciences business, Louise came across World Options and the services they provide as a customer.

Conor has a wealth of worldwide shipping and customs knowledge gained from working in manufacturing, IT and in the Jewellery industry for many years – there really isn’t much he doesn’t know!

Excellent pro-active customer service and honesty with our customers but also our amazing shipping portal.

We really value every customer and put time and effort into making sure they know this by calling, emailing and meeting up regularly to ensure everything is on track. We’re easily available to ask questions and always give our best efforts for every customer.
