My name is Robby, I am married and have a baby daughter. Before starting World Options, I spent 7 years working for software technology companies with a customer-driven focus in London, before moving to the Midlands to start a World Options franchise.

The goal has always been to run my own company. Having worked with a range of businesses globally, I have seen first hand the huge impact that technology can have on business success. This, combined with my passion for helping businesses to stay ahead, made World Options an exciting venture.

The main benefit of our service offering is the dedicated support that we provide. We monitor customer’s shipments for them, liaise with carriers on their behalf, and proactively manage any complications that may arise.

This means that our customers no longer need to call or message the carriers as we do this for them. We stay in close contact with our customers to keep them updated.

I have been involved in my family business from a young age, often spending most school holidays at work with my dad. Following five years of university education, where I earned a degree in Civil Engineering and developed valuable technical and problem-solving skills, I decided to move to London. It was there, amidst diverse experiences with various technology companies, that I came to the realisation of my true passion: helping businesses harness the power of technology to optimise their operations.

I think trust is key. It’s the foundation upon which all successful relationships, whether with

customers, partners, or employees, are built. Without trust, it’s difficult to establish lasting connections or maintain a positive reputation. Dependability is also key as clients need to know they can rely on us to deliver. Lastly, knowledge plays an important role.
