Wendy has an impressive 18 years' experience resolving invoice queries. Her role is to liaise with customers and couriers regarding invoice queries, and ensure that any overcharged money is returned back to the customer’s accounts. This is a task she takes very seriously and doesn’t give up easily on. Wendy is a real people person, which is why she is so good at what she does. Her friendly but determined approach, liaising with many external departments to resolve outstanding queries, gets the job done.
