Janette joined World Options in the early days of the company. Back then the company consisted of a handful of people including directors, accounts and customer service staff all sat in the same small office. Now Janette heads up her own team as Key Account Manager. Looking after the company’s top accounts, Janette and her team work with franchisees to develop and sustain relationships with their customers. Offering support through online shipments, bookings, deliveries and everything else in between, her superbly helpful, professional and customer-focused approach has earned her great respect amongst business customers, franchisees and carriers. There is no task Janette won’t try to resolve to keep both customers and franchisees happy.
- Qualifications: B.ED Honours Degree
- Experience: 20 years as a school teacher & 8 years in customer service
