Layla joined World Options as an apprentice and progressed to Customer Support after completing her apprenticeship. Having previously completed qualifications in Business Administration and Media Studies, Layla is a fun and outgoing personality who is proactive and a positive thinker. She loves helping customers resolve their shipment queries and has a great rapport with people. Now Layla gained a level 3 in Customer Service to help advance her skills in supporting World Options customers and franchisees.
